Is it really free?
Yes. Our dry cleaning is priced the same as (or less than) most self-service dry cleaners and our pick-up and delivery service is absolutely free.
What do I use to put my clothes in?
Anello’s Dry Cleaners provides (2) free custom laundry bags for your convenience.
Where do you pick-up and drop off my clothes?
We customize our delivery arrangements to suit your needs. It’s best if you choose a weather sheltered location: front porch, back porch, inside the garage…
Do I have to be home to receive this service?
No. Our driver will place your finished orders in the location you request. Just have your cleaning ready by 8:00 am on the scheduled days for service and we will do the rest.
How will I know my scheduled drop off and pick-up days?
We will contact you after sign up to confirm the schedule for your area. We service our customers on either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday, depending on location.
How do I pay for your service?
Payment is simple. Your cleaning gets charged to your credit card after every delivery. A detailed statement and a receipt are delivered with each order.
How do I inform Anello’s Dry Cleaners about a special request or an issue with my garments?
Just leave a detailed note in your bag with your specific instructions.
What if I have a problem with my order?
